The Directors and employees of the West Patton Village Community Services District (WPVCSD) welcome you to our community. Many of your neighbors have lived here for over fifty years and are very proud of our rural community and country lifestyle. WPVCSD provides local water (from Sierra Army Depot), wastewater services, and street lighting. Herlong is an unincorporated city and as such does not have a mayor or city council. WPVCSD is our only form of local government, we invite you to attend our meetings: 7:00pm, 3rd Wednesday of each month, 100 Tamarack.
